Terms and Conditions for Payment and Booking of Motorhome Pitch and Guest Marina Berth at Strandpirens Marina

Booking and payment for private individuals

To book and pay for a motorhome pitch on the website "boka.strandpirensmarina.se/" the customer must be at least 18 years of age. Payment requires a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or (BankID and Swish).
All fees are in SEK and include VAT.

Booking of pitch

Use of the motorhome pitch with caravans or tents is not permitted.

The price includes rental of the pitch, booking fee and connection (including consumption) of electricity (10 amperes).

All pitches are booked from 12:00 to 12:00.

Payment / Booking confirmation

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, it must be checked to ensure that all details are correct. The customer/booker is responsible for ensuring that the information on the booking confirmation is accurate. The booking confirmation is sent via email and text message (SMS). In case of any errors, Strandpirens Marina must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.

Payment of booking

Payment is made immediately at the time of booking.

Cancellation of booked pitch

Cancellation can only be made by opening your booking confirmation and clicking “Cancel booking”. The reservation fee is non-refundable upon cancellation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking starts are non-refundable.

Liability for property / damage caused

• Strandpirens Marina is not responsible for forgotten items.
• Strandpirens Marina is not responsible for damage caused by third parties.
• Other obligations and rules of conduct
• The customer/guests must take good care of the pitch and facilities and follow applicable rules, instructions and regulations.
• The customer/guests must observe the greatest consideration and silence towards other guests between 22:00 and 08:00.
• Grilling is only permitted in designated areas. Please consider the fire risk and ensure appropriate fire extinguishing equipment.
• Each electrical outlet provides 10 amperes, intended primarily for charging. Overloading may cause outages in parts or all of the electrical system. In cases of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to invoice repair costs. One outlet per vehicle.
• Pets must be kept on a leash.
• Recyclable waste must be disposed of at the recycling station. Garbage must be placed in designated waste containers. Other waste must not be flushed or disposed of in the area.
• Payment of the fee is made online or at Strandpirens Marina during opening hours.
• Drinking water must not be used for washing vehicles.
• We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by third parties.

Breach of contract

This is an agreement between the customer (booker) and Strandpirens Marina. The agreement shall terminate with immediate effect if:

• The terms of this document are not fulfilled.
• The customer/guests behave in a disruptive manner in the area.
• The customer/guests commit vandalism in the area.

In the event of a breach of contract, the customer/guests must immediately vacate the area. In cases of damage or disruptive behavior, compensation may be claimed from the customer.

Force majeure

In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or other events considered force majeure, Strandpirens Marina may terminate the agreement, in which case the customer and guests shall be informed as soon as possible. In such cases, Strandpirens Marina is obliged to refund the amount paid, excluding any benefit already received from use of the pitch.
